Usage:
The ZAA 2300 is an automatic laboratory instrument for defined, operator-independent and reproducible
application of coatings, adhesives, and similar products. It is compatible with virtually all types of film
applicators and is ideal for laboratories, quality control, and research & development.

Operation
- Select the applicator(s).
- Choose the appropriate base (glass surface, rubber-coated fabric for spiral applicators/profiled wire bars, or vacuum plate).
- Mount the spiral applicator or profiled wire bar and secure it with the weight.
- Position other applicators in front of the weight support.
- Set the desired application length.
- Secure the substrate (e.g., a test chart) in the clamping device at the start stop.
- Set the desired drawdown speed.
- Pour the product to be tested in front of the applicator in the drawdown direction.
- Start the application process.
- After application, remove the weight, applicator, and substrate.
